Questions
Do I get all the cards?
Yes. Every single card from the box or pack you bought ships to you — base, inserts, parallels, numbered cards and autographs. This isn't a break. You bought the product, it's yours, we just open it on camera.
How do I tell you to rip it?
Type RIP in the order notes at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email. If you forget, message us on the stream and we'll catch it.
What if I can't watch live?
Nothing changes. The replay stays on the channel, we timestamp it so you can jump straight to yours, and your cards ship on the same schedule.
Is there an order deadline?
Orders are opened every Friday at 8 PM ET. Orders placed after a Friday stream are first up the following Friday.
When does it ship?
Packed on camera at the end of your opening and out the next business day with tracking. Or choose store pickup and collect free at any of our 10 locations across New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
What if I pull something big?
We'll pull it aside, sleeve and toploader it on camera, and if you want it graded we can start a PSA or CGC submission for you directly — we're an authorized submission center, so it doesn't have to come to you and go back out again.

Live openings are a free service on eligible sealed product and mystery packs. Note RIP on your order and it will be opened on the stream that is on air when you buy; orders placed after we sign off are opened on the next stream. All cards from your product ship to you.
