Questions
What is the difference between 2-mil and 4-mil mylar bags?
2-mil bags are semi-rigid and provide durable protection for regular handling and storage. 4-mil bags are thicker and more rigid for premium or graded comics.
Do I need backing boards with these bags?
Backing boards are recommended but sold separately. They provide additional support and help prevent bending during storage.
Will these bags fit comics in top loaders?
No, these bags are sized for bare comics or comics with backing boards. Top loaders are separate rigid holders.
Are these bags safe for long-term storage?
Yes, mylar is archival-quality polyester that lasts hundreds of years without yellowing or damaging comics.
